The Swim Marathon (T-30 Test) will held on Wednesday, October 16 at the following time:

Bronze & Little Seahawks Groups – 5:30 PM

Silver Group                                           – 6:00 PM

Gold & JO’s Groups                             – 6:30 PM

***THERE WILL BE NO PRACTICE AFTER THE SWIM MARATHON (T-30 Test)

Parents Meeting on Monday, October 14 at 6:30 PM in Teen Center

    Group & Time: Little Seahawks/Bronze  5:00-5:30 pm

  Silver, Gold & JO’s   5:30-6:30 pm

Beginning October 1 the new Seahawks schedule is going to include Dryland training. Please follow the schedule below:

Bronze Group/Little Seahawks – Monday, Wednesday & Friday

                              Dryland – 5:00 – 5:30 PM

                     Swim Practice – 5:30 – 6:30 PM

Silver Group – Monday – Friday

                   Dryland – Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday – 6:00 – 6:30 PM

         Swim Practice – Monday – Friday – 6:30 – 8:00 PM.
