SILVER – Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 6:30-8:00 pm
Tuesday & Thursday – 6:00-8:00 pm (with dryland )
GOLD – Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 6:00-8:30 pm (with dryland)
Tuesday & Thursday – 6:30-8:30 pm.
Due to constructions in our pool we will have ONLY DRYLAND this week on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. no practice on TUESDAY.

On Monday, September 10 we will have bathing suit & sweatsuit fitting and meeting with swimmers in Bingo Hall with the following schedule:
Junior Seahawks/Bronze – 5:30 – 6:30 PM
Silver/Gold – 6:00 – 7:00 PM
We won’t have a swim practice on Monday, September 10, only fitting and meeting. The meeting is mandatory.
